Northern Purchase Services, LLC (a private small business / contractor) requests a formal written quote for: Removal and off-site disposal of approximately 40,000 linear feet (about 7.6 miles) of old 7-foot woven-wire deer fence across 9 separate units totaling about 166 acres in the Monongahela National Forest, near Bartow, WV (Pocahontas County area).

Northern Purchase Services, LLC (a private small business / contractor) requests a formal written quote for: Removal and off-site disposal of approximately 40,000 linear feet (about 7.6 miles) of old 7-foot woven-wire deer fence across 9 separate units totaling about 166 acres in the Monongahela National Forest, near Bartow, WV (Pocahontas County area).

Scope:

  • pulling and disposing of steel and wooden posts;
  • removing embedded wire, nails, and staples from trees (felling or girdling trees where metal cannot be freed);
  • removing walk-through gates;
  • cutting brush and bucking downed trees off the fence lines; and backfilling post holes.

All fence material, posts, wire, and debris must be hauled off government property and disposed of at the contractor’s expense.

Access:

Wooded, mountainous terrain accessed by forest roads. Field work season is May 1 to November 15, with completion required by fall 2027. Requesting formal written quote with per-unit pricing, mobilization, disposal/hauling, lead time, and payment terms. Please confirm whether off-site disposal/hauling and mobilization/travel are included.
